I took my girl here thinking we were gonna have a nice evening and now im sleeping on the couch cause she is mad about how bad this place is. If you cherish your money and relationship don’t come here.
In all seriousness, I never thought i would post a review of a place but i felt a sense of responsibility to warn others before they go here. The only positive thing about this restaurant is their atmosphere it was lively and the decor was cool to see. Thats where all the good ends. We got here ordered our food using the QR code and we got our drinks pretty fast and we waited for our gyoza that this place is known for. We waited 40 minutes… and when it still didn’t come I ask the worker and she just looked at me like she had never heard about gyoza in her life. She then proceeded to go to the cook say something and just ignore our table for another 10-15 minutes. We watch other customers who came after us get served, i asked her again to just cancel our gyoza order so we can finish our drinks and leave. She acknowledged that remark but magically there was our gyoza coming out a minute later. I felt bad to not accept it since it was right in-front of me but thats where i made my last mistake. This gyoza was so bad i honestly regret stepping foot in this establishment. I could have made better food with frozen gyoza, a lighter and a tin can. The food was so oily and undercooked it was obvious they heard us trying to cancel our order and just took the half made dish and brought it out to us. The service here was so bad i can’t even put it into words, i felt like i was a bother to the workers asking where my food was. A simple “hey sorry there was a mix up or sorry just a little bit longer” i would have been understanding but we got nothing like that just ignored. We left the food, paid and ran out of there. The only fulfillment and satisfaction we got was from the combini food we ate after...

As a foreign customer, I was shocked to hear the staff repeatedly using the term “gaijin” (a word often considered disrespectful toward foreigners). It felt extremely rude and lacking in cultural sensitivity. This level of service is unacceptable in Japan, and I sincerely hope it will be improved in the future.
In addition, the food quality has clearly declined compared to before. The gyoza were greasy and soggy, falling apart even when picked up with chopsticks. The crisp texture I once enjoyed was completely gone, making them hard to eat.
I visited a few months ago and was genuinely impressed by the taste, but this time, both the food and the service were a huge disappointment. I truly hope to see improvements in both hospitality and...
Read moreThe venue looks super cute - gyoza was charred and and over oiled. And the beer lines are infected.
Considering gyoza is a speciality and beer goes with gyoza it's just sad that even the most basic of items are not completed correctly.
And of course the staff uniforms are filthy - buy black chefs aprons if you can't was them regularly.
