Randomly came across this place, and would definitely recommend. We had the beef tongue, heart, liver and chuck- all were perfectly seasoned, not too salty, and tasted amazing over the charcoal grill. There was a bit of a wait but...

Small hole in the wall. I like that it’s old fashion charcoal grill and the salted tongue and loin are great. But honestly for the same or similar price you can get similar if not better quality yakiniku in many places around the same area. There is a yakiniku on every block in Osaka 😂

いい雰囲気を醸し出してますな〜、こちらでサクッといきますか。こちら、霜降り明星 粗品の実家が切り盛りする焼き肉のお店として知られている。 調理場を囲むようにカウンター席が12、七輪で焼肉をいただくスタイル。 チューハイレモンをいただきまして… メニューは豊富という感じではないんだけど、お肉は正肉もホルモンもあるので、肉食いには十分かも。 中でも、この店に来たなら…というのが、塩タン（1680円税込）。 厚みのあるところに、濃いめの塩降りに負けない旨みほとばしる一品。柔らかいという表現よりは、シャクシャクとした歯切れが何とも小気味いい。 ドリンクをハイボールにしまして… そして、キムチ（480円税込）。辛さはほどほどに、甘みと酸味がいい塩梅で美味し。 そして上ハラミ（1180円税込）、写真は2人前ね。このお値段にして、いいシャクシャク食感が楽しめるしタレも美味いので、これはめしがいるな（笑） ということで、 めし（290円税込）とワカメスープ（450円税込）を発注。タレをつけた肉をめしにワンバンさせて、ワシワシ食っちゃう。ウメー 肉への塩降りも含めて、全般的に塩味しっかりめなところ、ワカメスープもやっぱり濃いめの塩味が食欲をそそるんだわ。それにね、さっきのキムチもご飯に合うのよ。 庶民的な雰囲気でサクッと焼肉を頂く幸せ。 気になる人はぜひ。
