We were very lucky to walk past this shop walking through the cold winter night to our hotel, after a long flight into Osaka. My partner ordered the white chicken broth with marinated egg (Left). Was a warm, rich and comforting broth perfect for the cold weather. I ordered the aged soy sauce broth with marinated egg (right). It was deep and flavourful. We both added the karaage chicken (with rice included) as a set combo, and I got the whiskey highball. Standard quality karaage with salt on the side to season more to your liking. Karaage with beer or highball is the best combination 👌🤌 Thank you for your patience with us as the last customers. My partner eats very slowly but no complaints from the chef as closing time approached. ごちそうさまでした

Don’t forget to add a marinated egg. It was so good we ordered extra. The karage had a light batter seasoned well compliments well with a cold draft beer. The staff was super friendly and helpful with our first time ordering from a ramen machine. Perfect place for our first bowl of ramen in Japan!

正直舐めてました…すいません お店の入口には「素ラーメン 500円」などの看板があったためチープなお店かと思ってましたが割と人が並んでいるので思い切って行くことに。 素ラーメンとチャーハンがセットになった日替わりラーメンセットを780円で頼みました。 注文は券売機方式、店内はカウンターのみ15席ほどの奥に長いレイアウトです。 お世辞にもキレイとは言えない店内、かつ隣の人と肘が当たるくらい席が近いですが料理が出てきてびっくり！ 「素ラーメン」と言いつつチャーシューもまぐろ節も入っている。 麺は中太ストレートで量もある。 明らかに素ラーメンにしてはオーバースペックなものが到着しました。なお、到着までは5分以内でした。 単体で頼む場合は「白醤油まぐろ節ラーメン」になるみたいです。 澄んだ醤油ベースのだしにまぐろ節が香って実にうまい！ アッサリの中にもアッサリ過ぎない旨味が詰まってます。 卓上の水はセルフで、ボックスティッシュがあります。 コショウも粉と粒がある点もGoodです。 ラーメンを食べているうちもつかの間、セットのチャーハンがきました。 なんと今日の日替わりはとびっこチャーハン！ こんなものがうまいのかという疑問も湧きつつなかなか映えるルックスで到着。 おそるおそるレンゲをすすめるとこれまたうまい！ アッサリ系のチャーハンにプチプチした食感と程よい塩味、癖になります！ ただ、チャーハンの皿は縁の立ち上がりが少ないのできれいに食べにくい… こんなに美味しいチャーハンはひと粒も逃すまいと頑張って食べました。 物価高の中これで780円なんて逆におかしいと言えるレベル。 ホンマに大丈夫なのか？笑 狭くて年期を感じさせる店内ですが店員さんの接客はスムーズで気持ちの良いものです。 なんかこれだけ美味しければ隣の人との狭さも「隣の人もうまいもん食ってる仲間だなぁ」と許せてしまいます。 というかとびっこチャーハンのビジュアルに驚いて普通に隣の人が私のチャーハンをビックリして眺めてました笑 今度食べてみようかな？とか思ってるんかな笑 個人的に豚骨ラーメン、コッテリ系に飽き飽きしていたため高評価ですのでその辺は贔屓目なことご了承ください。 侮ってすいませんと言えるラーメン屋です。 アッサリ食べたい、狭くて長居できなくてもいい人にはオススメします。
