As a first-time visitor to Matsuya, I was impressed by the ease of ordering. The English language option at the kiosk was a huge help! I ordered the Beef Bowl with Negi, Mayonnaise & Chili oil, and adding a soft boiled egg and miso soup made for a wonderfully hearty and delicious meal. The process of ordering at the kiosk, taking the receipt, and handing it to the staff inside was straightforward. The combination of flavors in the beef bowl was spot on, and I especially enjoyed the richness. My only minor suggestion would be for the chili oil to have a slightly more pronounced flavor to really give it an extra kick. I highly recommend this place with its set meals. Of course, you can always order extra sides dishes etc. The place itself was really clean and eating set up is also very practical.

I've traveled everywhere from big cities to third world countries and this place has the worst service I've ever experienced. Servers are incredibly rude and disrespectful. They were quite rude to us about bringing our baby in to the restaurant. Every question was met with sighing disrespectful tones. When they brought a bowl of boiling hot soup to the table, they nearly poured it over our 5 month old baby because the server was too lazy to walk to the other side of the table to properly serve.
