Yayoiken is a chain restaurant that prepares traditional Japanese set meals. VERY affordable, as most meals will cost less than 1000 yen. (Free refills on rice, if you need it.)
You order at one of two kiosks at the door, available in Japanese or English. Take the ticket and sit down at any table. They'll bring you your meal in a few minutes.
I've gone to 3 different Yayoiken shops, and they have consistently good food. You get rice, soup, main dish, and sides, so it has great variety.

And I'm so glad google map recommended me this place. 5am, where do you expect to find a good place to eat? They had varieties of choices but I tried the Japanese authentic breakfast and my son tried the Western breakfast, both cost us $10000 yen. So cheap with unlimited rice refill. When I was there, I noticed lots of Japanese went there, that told me it was a truly Japanese cuisine.
