I recently had the pleasure of dining at Osaka Ohsho Nipponbashi, and I must say it was a truly wonderful and delicious experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere.

Now, let's talk about the food. The menu at Osaka Ohsho Nipponbashi offers a wide variety of Chinese dishes, and each one I tried was simply outstanding. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, showcasing the culinary expertise of the chefs. The gyoza, in particular, were a standout.

The service at Osaka Ohsho Nipponbashi was impeccable. The staff was attentive and friendly. The wait time for the food was reasonable, and each dish was served within decent time.

The Vietnamese waitress is so rude. She keeps on glaring and putting things in the counter with a loud sound. And even ask us to leave and pay the bill because they are closing even if we are not yet done eating in a very rude manner, btw, our food took too long to be served. Why do Japanese hire this kinds of people,they think highly of themselves. They do not know what "manners" means. The food is not that good though, nothing extravagant and...

餃子王將｜又便宜又好吃還超快，根本上班族與旅人福音！

我其實是第一次來日本吃餃子王將（餃子の王将），但吃完之後馬上就懂為什麼它能紅這麼久、開這麼多家分店了。真的不是誇張，它不只是便宜、好吃而已，更厲害的是「上菜速度超快、服務態度也超親切」，加上日式中華料理本來就很對台灣人口味，完全是走一種「沒吃會後悔、吃過會想再吃」的類型。

【餃子王將的歷史小小補充一下】

餃子王將其實創立很早，1967 年就在京都開了第一家店。它的創辦人是一位叫加藤朝雄的日本人，當初他看到中國料理在日本其實很受歡迎，但很多店都偏高價、不親民，所以他就想做出一間「平價又快速」的中華餐廳，讓一般人也可以隨時吃到好吃又有飽足感的料理。

結果一開始只是從一間小店開始，後來因為生意太好，馬上展店，到現在全日本已經有 700 多家分店，很多地方像車站旁、商業區、住宅區都有，看得到餃子王將就等於有熱飯熱菜可以吃，超讚！

【用餐體驗：真的，菜來得比你手機打開還快】

我這次是晚上去吃的，大概是七點多，一般這種時間餐廳應該都會要等一下對吧？但餃子王將完全不一樣，點餐不到五分鐘，第一盤菜就上來了！真的有夠快，快到我一度以為是我看錯桌號，但沒錯，就是我的。廚房是開放式的，你可以看到師傅在那邊猛炒猛煎，每一盤都像在打仗一樣，效率超高。

我點的是他們的經典組合：招牌煎餃＋炒飯＋酥炸雞塊，這是他們人氣 No.1 套餐之一。餃子皮脆脆的，底部煎得金黃香香的，一口咬下去還會小爆汁，內餡調味很剛好，有蔥香、肉香但不油膩，而且一盤六顆，只要幾百日圓，真的佛。

炒飯是偏濕潤型的日式炒飯，炒得很香，裡面有蛋、叉燒丁、蔥，配著餃子一起吃超搭。炸雞也讓我蠻驚艷的，外皮酥脆不油、肉嫩又多汁，加上桌上有提供醬油、辣醬、胡椒粉可以自由搭配，味道完全不會單調。

【服務人員的態度也很值得一提】

雖然他們生意很忙，但我觀察店員態度都還是很好，有時候你問問題也會很耐心回答，不會有那種「你快點點啦」的壓力，這點我覺得很難得。上菜時都會跟你確認是哪一道，收桌速度也很快，桌面保持得很乾淨。

而且最棒的是，他們其實蠻常會有中文菜單，有時候連店員也會講幾句中文，對我們旅客來說真的超友善。
