As lifelong New Yorkers, my son and I are pretty particular when it comes to pizza—and Pizza Vesta genuinely impressed us. He rated it an 8.5, I gave it a solid 8. The owner may come off as serious at first, but we understood that as part of the cultural vibe—focused, respectful, and deeply committed to the craft.
The shop itself is cozy, with just a few seats, but that seems intentional. In Japan, spaces are rarely bigger than necessary, and Vesta fits right in.
