The name is a little misleading, as this is far less a place to go do shots than a place to quietly enjoy unique, artfully crafted cocktails.

The owner/bartender Takuma was kind enough to talk to us about his processes for making infused liqours and aromatic spritzes that bring depth and intensity to these cocktails that are almost more of an experience than a drink.

You can get a Gin and Tonic or a Pisco Sour, but they will have singular character to them from not only the use of top-shelf spirits, but the delightful little tweaks and touches that set them apart from others without changing the heart of the drink.

You could also try one of his originals like "Curry is a drink", which is a hot drink based around Smirinov 100 infused with savory, curry-like spices and topped with crispy fried onions. It was like a broth that gets you drunk.

Expect to pay ¥1200-¥1600 per drink. In addition to cocktails he has a great selection of scotches and whiskies, but for obvious reasons, prices on those can be much higher...
