The food is enjoyable, always have liked this place. However this morning we had the worst experience with one of the female workers making our coffee. I took the wrong sugar (liquid instead of granulated) and she actually slapped my hand. I am from America and I think even in our country we wouldn’t hit someone else’s hand. I hope the worker understands that even though we are tourists if she wouldn’t do it to a local it shouldn’t be acceptable manners to do to a foreigner or let alone any other human. Good service here, but the Belgium Hot Chocolate served here wasn't on par compared to the Honmachi store where I usually have this favourite drink. There wasnt much of the cocoa whip compared to Honmachi store. I just happened to be in this area with my guests, craving for hot chocolate...somewhat disappointing when I saw my drink. I couldn get back to honmachi store in time as it closes at 9pm, so good thing here at nankai nambe it...
