Sushi Izakaya Shingo is a cozy gem that provided us with a uniquely personal dining experience, being the only customers at the time. The chef, embodying the essence of Japanese hospitality, went above and beyond to communicate through Google Translate, making our visit unforgettable.

The highlight of our meal was the Omakase sashimi and sushi, boasting fresh, generously sized fish, alongside standout dishes like crispy fried octopus and flavorful seafood nigiri. The chef-recommended steamed egg was a surprising delight.

All of this culinary excellence came at the very reasonable price, we’ve spent around 5000 yen per person, emphasizing the value of this dining experience.

The best sushi place we've been during our trip through Japan! 🙇‍♂️ And, well, in my life. Every sushi were delicious and we tried nearly all 🍣 Chef is super talented and friendly. Insane precision and speed in every move. Menu was Japanese only, but you can manage to translate it with your phone. If you can't, just order whatever, it'll be great. If I'm ever in Osaka again, I'm definitely going.

Probably some of the best sushi I've ever tasted. Made with a lot of love and passion. As some others have said: the tuna is insanely good!! My advice would be to order the variety plate first. You get 5 different kinds of sushi with all unique flavors.

Only thing to keep in mind: this is not a tourist restaurant. That means no English menu, and the owner barely knows any English. But with some Google translate by your side, you'll be able to experience some amazing sushi at a very cozy...
