Vegan Cafe Tsukineko — Restaurant in Osaka

We had lunch there yesterday and were super disappointed after seeing such great reviews, I usually wouldn’t be that harsh but this place doesn’t deserve 4.9 at all service was inexistant, the waiter didn’t even stay in the dining room; the tempura were tasty, but we both got the miso ramen and that was by far the worst ramen we’ve had in our two weeks in Japan (we always get vegan), it was tasteless from the broth to the vegan meet we got two coffees that were re heated ones. Fine, it happened to us in other places in Japan but we were charged 880 for each cup here. First we thought we would get a special price as we got food with it but on top of that it’s not fresh..

It looks like their other dishes are better reading the reviews so if you go with the curry or pancake it might be better but basically, do yourself a favor and don’t order the...

Very disappointing experience. The place is quite small, but the staff still let one of the customer talk on the phone most of the time we were there. Food portion were very small for the price, and didn't have much flavor. Ended up ordering an ice cream at the end, waited 15 minutes to realize that they somehow managed to forget about it even though we were the only customers left by tat point.

Such a cute place! The cat theme is adorable and the place was very charming with smooth jazz playing in the background and a very clean style with grey walls and only 7 seats. I tried the scorn with black tea, gyoza and strawberry smoothie. It had rich flavors and was genuinely tasty, I especially recommend the gyoza. The staff was proffesional and polite. The prize is not too expansive and I thought it was well worth the money. Absolutely recommend this gem to people who are gluten...
