Slow music playing in the background was soothing and the environment was quite relaxed. He didnโ€™t hurry us in any way. Will def recommend.

Was staying at Fraser Residence down the road, chanced upon this on Google and decided to give it a try. Its a local owned nabe shop, and we are the only tourist there. They do not have english menu but they have chinese menu. It's pretty cheap and affordable. Good for cold weather and drinks with friends!

I love Motsunabe hotpot so I have tried at least 1 motsunabe restaurant every day in 7 days at Osaka. To me this is no doubt the best restaurant, surprisingly it offers the most affordable price and biggest portion. The host is super friendly and welcoming, I definitely come back any time Im at Osaka.

I love Motsunabe hotpot so I have tried at least 1 motsunabe restaurant every day in 7 days at Osaka. To me this is no doubt the best restaurant, surprisingly it offers the most affordable price and biggest portion. My boyfriend and I were denied service as soon as we walked through the door before we could say a word. We are both tall blonde American tourists but I can speak basic Japanese and we are respectful. All other restaurants we've been to have made it work despite the language barrier. I was really craving hot pot so it was very upsetting. Thankfully the Indian restaurant down the street was delicious...
