NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

One of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant.

I checked Google, and it said they were open until 11 PM, so I arrived at 10 PM, only to be told they were closed. When I questioned this, the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. After some back-and-forth, they finally agreed to prepare my order for take-away.

When I got home, I realized they had forgotten to include an item from my order. This is just pure carelessness. To make matters worse, the staff treated me as though I was inconveniencing them just by being there. They made me stand near the door and didn't seem to care about fixing their mistakes.

Overall, this place is unprofessional, unorganized, and has no respect for its customers. I won’t be returning, and I strongly recommend others avoid...

I decided to visit Masala Hut today to try more Indian restaurants in Japan. This one is currently the worst in my opinion. The service was nice and the place looked well-kept, but my order was disgusting.

I ordered their Butter Chicken and Cheese Naan, two things which I thought would pair well together. I got to eating them, and they were too creamy. It was like my mouth was filled with oobleck or something worse.

I love Indian food, but this is the first time I actually wanted to vomit. I was heavily dissatisfied and will not...

Very very very good Indian curry. On the menu is a great variety of dishes, not only curry, and also dishes of Nepal cuisine. There are also 6 types of Nan bread you can choose from included the one with cheese! The staff is also extremely polite. The only thing is that the curry is not very spicy, so if you, like me, usually choose a 中辛, at this place you have to go for a 辛口. I look forward to going...
