Ittou-ya — Restaurant in Tokyo

The worker there is friendly and understand English, feel free to consult them as I did to order the right food. The portion of Ramen is big, it comes with big chunk of pork belly, one egg and one quail egg...very satisfying for bigeater like me. The soup is rich and thick, so I would recommend try not to put too much of their iconic spicy miso sauce. The spicy miso taste delicious but it could be salty if you put too much in your soup. This ramen is amazing. My favorite one so far in akasaka. Broth and toppings are extremely well seasoned. Egg, onions, and pork stand out really well.

I think some people might find it a bit too salty but I think it's perfect for me (even though I selected medium broth). Will try the thick broth next time.

Portions are just right. If anything, perhaps they can add a bit more broth. I think this is the first time in Japan where I ran out of broth before I ran out of noodles. But that's not much of an issue.

Absolutely fantastic. I entered the establishment as a jet-lagged man on the verge of illness from travel and unrest.
