This hotel should be condemned. The rooms look nothing like the photo and despite moving to another room, found it was no better. The bathroom has not been touched since the 1970s. The plumbing is loud and when you flush the toilet you wait 7 minutes for the room to stop rumbling. Their is mould in the bathroom. The carpet is dirty and has manually repairs in it. We moved rooms to only find the next one was no better. When we asked to move again they said we would need to go too elf the unrenovated rooms if we wanted lower than 20th floor. How is this renovated?

It’s located conveniently within 8 minutes walking distance from Keiō Department Store and Shinjuku...

The hotel has 8 restaurants (that I found) as well as a very reasonable convenience store, which was great for a late night snack. Its easy connections to the metro network and closeness to activities in Shinjuku means I wouldn't hesitate to...
