This ramen place has both bar seats and table seats. They specialize in organic, healthy ramen cooked in a way to preserve the nutrition and minerals of the ingredients (as far as I could understand it). Ordering is done via the machine at the door and then you hand the ticket to the staff. The name tags on the machine are hand written so if you have trouble reading it, probably ask for help. I just had the most basic ramen but I'd recommend getting a fully loaded one with the soft-boiled egg and more meat. If you've ever had medicinal Chinese soups before, the ramen base is kind of like that. It's a very "deep" flavor. Most patrons only stuck around for 15-20 minutes so if it's full when you get there, it's not too much of a wait if you're by yourself.
