Everything was fantastic. I have read people saying it is "the best" or "one of the best" burgers they ever had. They aren't wrong! everyone in my family felt these were the best burgers we have ever had. The beef is amazing. we all got the Kuroge Wagyu except my husband, who wanted to try the Ubusana. Trying just a patty meat both were fantastic, They tasted completely different the Ubusana had maybe a more earthey/hardy flavor. They were both so delicious that I couldn't say it was "better" tasting than the kuroge and definitely not worse, just surprisingly different tasting. Both to me were equally delicious! So if you don't have the money to spend on the more expensive one, I wouldn't say you are getting a lesser burger in any way. The fries were very good, but the Onion rings were probably the best I have had in a long time, if not ever. I definitely recommend getting those too. I will be back to this place next time I am in the area.

Burger Revolution Tokyo Wine & Bar Roppongi is an absolute gem in the heart of Tokyo. Located at 5-9-22 Roppongi, Shure Bldg. Fukuzushi 1F, Minato, this burger joint offers an unforgettable dining experience that will leave you craving for more. I recently had the pleasure of trying their BBQ Cheeseburger and Gorgonzola Beef Burger, and let me tell you, they were out of this world! Each burger had its own unique flavor profile, but what really blew me away was the explosion of Gorgonzola cheese combined with the perfectly cooked meat patty and the soft, crispy bun. It was a harmonious blend of flavors that left me drooling for more. If you're visiting Tokyo and can only try one burger, I highly recommend Burger Revolution Tokyo Wine & Bar Roppongi. The mouthwatering taste and incredible combination of ingredients will leave you wanting to come back for more. Don't miss out on this culinary masterpiece!

It's very... Disappointing. The buns were good, but the patty was overcooked for wagyu. If the price were reasonable, it would make sense, but you don't expect such a mediocre quality from a 2000 yen wagyu burger. Honestly there's not much difference from standard beef patty. The fries and onion rings taste like they were cooked from frozen bags. The food came out way too fast (around 5-10 minutes), so they probably cut some corners in the preparation and ingredients. For a set menu, we could choose either corn salad or French fries. I chose corn salad because I was ordering French fries on the side anyway. The corn salad was awful. I didn't know what I was eating. It tasted sweet and milky? It just didn't pair well with the burger. 2 stars are for the interior. It's quite cozy and comfortable in there.

My wife and I came to this restaurant and I wanted to order a burger. My wife is not eating lunch and she’s not hungry. The guy told us the rule here is anyone who is sitting inside the restaurant has to order a burger which we completely understand if the place is packed, however right now it’s 1:30 PM There is one American couple here on the table and there’s may be about 20-30 seats open, the place is completely empty. I asked him nicely if it’s OK for my wife to sit next to me because we are not sharing and it’s rude and disrespectful if my wife has to stand outside while I eat. The guy that works here said she HAS to be outside, if I want to eat inside the restaurant. So I just took my food as a take-out order so I can stand outside with my wife. Very bizarre and stupid rules, not recommended.

Good burger? Yes. Best burger I’ve ever had? Far from it. The change up from the smash burger culture of Los Angeles was nice and my expectations were high for the infamous Wagyu and Kobe Beef meat options. I ordered both meat options to see if I could taste the difference. Got the Wagyu with gorgonzola and fried onions. Kobe with classic lettuce and tomato. First off, the burgers aren’t huge and I was able to finish both. But one is plenty per person if eating the fries. Shockingly… I preferred the Wagyu patty. It was cooked better. The Kobe option was just too overcooked and lacked the flavorful experience I was expecting. Could be the toppings (gorgonzola was VERY nice), could be the cooking. Solid spot but not sure it’s more than a 3.5/5. TLDR- get the wagyu burger with gorgonzola.

A short visit to Tokyo from the USA and we wanted to try real Wagyu and Kobe burgers. Wow! We live in Montana so we have amazing beef everyday, but this was truly a delight. My avocado cheese burger with Kobe was absolutely perfect. The bun is not too firm but does not get soggy even though the meat is the juiciest beef. Also struck by the perfect ripeness and flavor of the avocado. My son had the wagyu beef and it was also excellent but not quite as juicy. He did not realize it was served with grilled onions and pickles and he hates both, but we scraped them on my burger, and he said the little bit of onion left was flavor enhancing. The fries were yummy and just right small portion so we did not feel stuffed after our meal. We then walked to Tokyo tower and it was a perfect evening.
