I love burgers.I make an effort to look for the best burger in town whenever possible. In my area, smash burgers have taken over for the majority of burger spots and I would say that this burger was in the top 5 of my all-time best burger list. I got the Miyazaki cheese burger. First bite and you get it!!! iThis s not a smash burger!!! You get a traditional patty, seasoned pretty well, slightly sweet from the onions and a little sour from the pickles and then the cheesy cheddar flavor complimented everything else! The right amount of balance between the flavors. I personally feel if there too many toppings it takes away from the star of the show, the BEEF! It’s just an excellent quality, great tasting burger! My wife ordered the classic burger. She doesn’t review stuff and this is not her review but she said it was the best burger she has ever had! We also got an order of truffle fries, onion rings and fried cheese bites. Truffle fries were good. The truffle oil was not overwhelming and the fries were seasoned well. The onion rings are tempura style not a bread crumb onion ring - nice and light. I thought the fried cheese was the best side. Slightly breaded and gooey on the inside. Everything was so good that I’m contemplating going again to try another burger! It is a costly burger but I think it’s worth the price. Quality can be tasted and quality should an important part of a great meal.

Revolution Tokyo is hands down one of the best burger spots I’ve ever experienced — not just in Tokyo, but anywhere. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and an ultra-cool, stylish atmosphere that strikes the perfect balance between casual and upscale. But let’s talk about the food: the burgers are simply next-level. Juicy, perfectly seasoned patties (I got the Wagyu classic), ultra-fresh buns, and house-made sauces that tie everything together beautifully. Every bite was a flavor bomb — rich, balanced, and unforgettable. A huge shoutout to Amin, our server, who truly elevated the experience. His energy, kindness, and genuine passion for making guests feel welcome made us feel like VIPs. He gave excellent recommendations and made sure every detail of our visit was perfect. You can tell he loves what he does, and it shines through in the service. If you’re in Tokyo and love a good burger — this place is a must-visit. Revolution Tokyo lives up to its name

Everything was fantastic. I have read people saying it is "the best" or "one of the best" burgers they ever had. They aren't wrong! everyone in my family felt these were the best burgers we have ever had. The beef is amazing. we all got the Kuroge Wagyu except my husband, who wanted to try the Ubusana. Trying just a patty meat both were fantastic, They tasted completely different the Ubusana had maybe a more earthey/hardy flavor. They were both so delicious that I couldn't say it was "better" tasting than the kuroge and definitely not worse, just surprisingly different tasting. Both to me were equally delicious! So if you don't have the money to spend on the more expensive one, I wouldn't say you are getting a lesser burger in any way. The fries were very good, but the Onion rings were probably the best I have had in a long time, if not ever. I definitely recommend getting those too. I will be back to this place next time I am in the area.

Burger Revolution Tokyo Wine & Bar Roppongi is an absolute gem in the heart of Tokyo. Located at 5-9-22 Roppongi, Shure Bldg. Fukuzushi 1F, Minato, this burger joint offers an unforgettable dining experience that will leave you craving for more. I recently had the pleasure of trying their BBQ Cheeseburger and Gorgonzola Beef Burger, and let me tell you, they were out of this world! Each burger had its own unique flavor profile, but what really blew me away was the explosion of Gorgonzola cheese combined with the perfectly cooked meat patty and the soft, crispy bun. It was a harmonious blend of flavors that left me drooling for more. If you're visiting Tokyo and can only try one burger, I highly recommend Burger Revolution Tokyo Wine & Bar Roppongi. The mouthwatering taste and incredible combination of ingredients will leave you wanting to come back for more. Don't miss out on this culinary masterpiece!

It's very... Disappointing. The buns were good, but the patty was overcooked for wagyu. If the price were reasonable, it would make sense, but you don't expect such a mediocre quality from a 2000 yen wagyu burger. Honestly there's not much difference from standard beef patty. The fries and onion rings taste like they were cooked from frozen bags. The food came out way too fast (around 5-10 minutes), so they probably cut some corners in the preparation and ingredients. For a set menu, we could choose either corn salad or French fries. I chose corn salad because I was ordering French fries on the side anyway. The corn salad was awful. I didn't know what I was eating. It tasted sweet and milky? It just didn't pair well with the burger. 2 stars are for the interior. It's quite cozy and comfortable in there.

I finally tried Burger Revolution after hearing so much hype about it, but honestly, it didn’t live up to my expectations. We ordered one large portion of potatoes, which turned out to be quite small for the price and extremely salty along with truffle seasoning. As for the burgers, they were decent, but definitely not the best I’ve had—especially considering how expensive they were (Mushroom Cheese Burger, Bacon Egg Cheese Burger 100% Kuroge Wagyu). The service was okay, nothing special. We asked if they could cut our burgers for us, and they simply told us to do it ourselves, which felt a bit off for a place with such a reputation. The atmosphere was also pretty average—nothing unique or memorable. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it wasn’t impressive either. I don’t think I’d come back.
