Food was okay-ish, with Italian staples like other places but I wouldn’t say very impressive. We got burrata cheese for appetizer, sourdough bread, Gorgonzola cheese pizza, salmon and spinach pasta, and zuccotto cake and Xiangbin oolong muscat tea for dessert.

Burrata cheese was good but I think you can’t really mess that up. Sourdough bread was very tough even with olive oil poured on it so I gave up after eating 1 piece in the basket. Pizza was quite rich with blue cheese as well but I wish we’d had more honey as we were only given two small honey servings. Pasta was only decent, with not a lot of neither salmon nor spinach and pasta was not chewy so it felt very ready made rather than artisan level. I would definitely say the mango zuccotto cake (flavor changes seasonally) was the highlight rather than the main dishes as the size was decent, taste was fluffy and creamy and paired very well with tea. I tried some Setouchi lemon and pistachio ice cream of my companion and it was also not bad.

Waitresses seemed young and with that came a bit of a lack of experience (care?) in their service. One almost hit me in the face with the cake plate while she was simultaneously trying to clean the table to make space while I was sitting, and another made a lot of noise with metal cutlery while setting up a table next to us.

I’ve been here for lunch before and it was reasonable and a good choice to go with friends. For dates, I think it’s a bit mediocre and you can find slightly more high-end and higher quality Italian...

Went there for lunch with my husband. Besides the weekend lunch set, we also ordered a pizza. Foods were okay but the staff that served me was not. He seemed rude to us FOREIGNERS comparing to Japanese guests, the next table to us. Our foods were delayed even we ordered before them. When it finally arrived, no plates and condiments were brought to us until we asked. However, for the table nearby, I recognized he brought them along just right with the dishes. My husband took a set with dessert but when we just finished our main dishes, he brought us the bill already. It was not really ridiculously funny until when we asked him (in Japanese) “Sorry but don’t we get a dessert with the set?” And he replied, “Oh, you also want a dessert? Wait, then. I’ll get you the menu.” Lol finally arrived home, rechecked the receipt, seemed like we got double charged for that additional pizza. Lol? Not gonna...

Came in, saw signs everywhere for a special Ukraine shot (literally sign at every table and at the entrance), ask and told they don't have it anymore. No big deal but take down the 50 signs maybe?

Then we order, one oyster and a caesar salad. Oyster comes in 30 mins, 15 more minutes no salad, ask the server and they say they'll check. New server comes up with bill, no salad (bill has the salad on it). After about a total of 75 minutes waiting we get the salad, server doesn't bring any utensils, have to go ask. Saw mistakes happening at other tables as well, place was really not very busy especially by Tokyo standards.

The food and ambience were good but really...
