Jean Paul-Hevin Omotesando Hills Store — Local services in Tokyo

One lady (English speaking, non Japanese, black hair) at the store was extremely unkind and unwilling to do her job. We waited 50 minutes in line outside the store and the lady took our order while we were in queue. When we got seated we waited another 30 minutes for our ice cream and cake. Then I found out that those that got seated much much later got the same menus before we did. In fact we were the only ones that did not get the order immediately after being seated. I asked the lady if there was a mix up and she said no. Then I asked why only our order is taking so long in the most polite way possible. She replied "because we are taking order one by one" and I asked another question "those people got seated 20 minutes after us and they are getting the same desserts, can you find out why?" And then the lady said "I don't know. Can't you just wait?" then walked away from us. Took another 10 minutes to get our drinks and desserts. I am never going there again. This is 100% true story. JPH needs to fire her immediately. I am never ever going to any JPH store - not just in Japan but anywhere...

I went for the hot chocolate has their was an article saying it was really good. But it was terrible. They need to train their staff on how to cream milk on the coffee machine. The hot chocolate tasted watery not creamy at all. Like they just add water to the chocolate. (Gustos hot chocolate from the machine had a better consistency) The chocolate they used tastes nice but how they made the item was not right and the cup was halfway full . The cake that came with it, Not good!! They give you a fork and knife to eat it but it falls apart. So you really need a spoon to scoop it in and eat the dry tasteless pastry. Avoid this cake. They focus more on appearance then taste. The small amount of thick chocolate paste was the only thing nice about the cake. I had one proper bite and did not finish it. ¥1500 for this!!! Train...

The worse that I had experienced. The 5 or so staff couldn't even managed the small cafe within. We were first in the queue. Softly after waiting for 15 minutes, there were 4 tables of guests that had paid and left. Tables weren't cleared after they left. While we were waiting, a staff came to us and said that out of all the selection of cakes, there was only one flavour left. We agreed on that selection of ONE cake. Continued to wait in the queue... Finally after 35 minutes of waiting, we were seated. When we made our orders, we were told everything was SOLD OUT！Ordered a cappuccino and expresso. Coffee tasted flat. Poor management of staff, no sense of coordination, staff are completely useless！There are lots of way better coffee places around the...
