TLDR - Incredible food / Top notch pasta (better than most pasta we had in Italy!) / Warm hospitality / 10/10 recommend!
Deli&Bar One Love is a true hidden gem tucked away in an alley is Asakusa. This small, cozy spot offers some of the best pasta you’ll find in the Asakusa area, if not all of Tokyo. Chef Toru’s passion for cooking shines through every dish, which are both beautifully presented and delicious. The pasta is cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Cocktails are lovely as well.
Chef Toru himself is a highlight of One Love. Friendly and approachable, he goes out of his way to accommodate various dietary needs, ensuring every guest feels welcomed. As an added surprise, he speaks (a little) Hindi, which makes the experience even more inviting for those who speak the language.
If you’re looking for an unassuming but exceptional dining experience in Asakusa, I can’t recommend One Love highly enough.
Dishes we tried (and loved):

Just a shout away from the temple tourist trap, you have a guy who cooks wagyu beef to die for, pasta at the level of the best Italian restaurants, + wonderful vegetables, bakes his own pastries, in a nice chilled atmosphere. The chef cook has been around the world and offers a great mix of world food cuisine, greatly sourced ingredients (e.g. bottarga from Sardinia!). It’s a small personal place and you are welcomed by the owner, you can watch him in a tiny kitchen doing his magic....

I had the arabbiatta--spicy fresh tomatoes and garlicky and my husband had the carbonara--so rich and creamy. We ended the night with cheesecake (with raisins in it) and it was delightful. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the mood for a...
