Very disappointed overall here.

Walked here early morning and we were the first set of customers in the shop. Ordered the iced matcha latte and iced latte.

Ice latte was average. Matcha latte was very bland. The colour looked good before mixing, but after you can tell from the colour it was very pale green; and tasted like milk basically.

What made it more disappointing were the two staffs working. Both did not give any welcoming or friendly presence. Felt like they were too cool to interact or serve us.

Usually I’d take some photos and have a chat longer but this time we quickly left and didnt even bother finishing the matcha latte.

The aesthetic is great and Ive seen it recommended on social media but overall this...

This cafe is a hidden gem. It is very clean and has a simple, modern design. (Must order one drink per person) I was staying at a hotel nearby, so I had to check it out! They have their own roaster and use freshly roasted coffee beans. In addition to coffee, they sell mugs, glasses, and plates. The beautiful latte art on my café latte was exquisite and tasted so so good!! and the iced matcha latte was also amazing. The matcha was quite strong, which indicated the high quality of the ingredients used. The lemon pound cake was delicious as well! I learned that the other location is in Omotesando and they very popular and often quite busy. If you love coffee, this spot is definitely for you. I will definitely come back when I am...

As I have been to more than 200 cafes in many countries, this is average. The staff doesn't bother to explain anything. The ice latte was ok, not special, no ice cappuccino. (Ice cappuccino is tricky to make it nice, so it tells a bit about how expertised the cafe is.) the ambient was "muji", with a soft touch of flowers, which I find nice. What bother me is I ordered 2 items and we are 2 persons. The staff told us to order more if we are to eat the cheesecake in the cafe. However, when I told him that we are leaving in 5 mins as we are in a hurry, he was...

Came here because of the hype but you can tell the workers didn’t not care about customer service… the bob hair lady with bangs and the young looking gentleman was very rude to us even though we were the only customer.. The latte was alright but the matcha latte was so bland.. and all I drink is matcha latte 😅 The store itself looks very chic and trendy, but I couldn’t finish my drink and didn’t greet us goodbye or acknowledge us when we brought the trays back.. Not worth the hype!
