During our trip to Tokyo we came across this amazing restaurant. The restaurant was very busy, so I would recommend booking, however we were looking just to have a drink and take in the amazing views. We sat at the bar and enjoyed a few drinks made by the amazing barman Yamanaka who was very friendly and helpful. Seeing the wonderful food that was being served we asked for tonkatsu steak. Our amazing waiter Takata prepared some edamame by grinding up sesame seeds and mixing with a paste and served these up, they were so tasty. Then the tonkatsu and steak was served, perfectly presented and cooked to perfection. The taste was fabulous, the pork and breadcrumbs were full of flavour and the steak was succulent just melted in your mouth. 100% recommend this restaurant, great service from all staff, in particular Yamanaka and Takata, perfect food and amazing views, what more...
Read moreLet me tell you something, this place is 49 floors up with a beautiful view of Shinjuku, Tokyo. The drinks are amazing, the food is superb, the service is excellent. Hiraki and Yokota helped us tonight and I am glad that they did. They went above and beyond when accompanying our needs. We enjoyed a couple of Whiskey tasting sets for myself and my fiance. Afterwards she enjoyed a plum wine while I had a yamazaki on the rocks. Yokota recommended to us a nice sake to go along our meal towards the end and Hiraki shared a delicious Japanese tea from Kyoto to finish our meal. We thank both of them and this establishment for their service and dedication to their guests, we will be back when revisiting...

They do not have an English menu either. However, located just outside Shinjuku station, it's very easy to find. It's located on the top floor of the Shinjuku Nomura building. Additionally, the food was delicious and affordable. I think the lunch set I ordered was around 1200 Yen or $10. Honestly, I can't express enough how helpful they were with this hungry gal that doesn't...
