At first, I really was enjoying my time her. I entered when there were almost no customers.
The system is quite strange though. You order food via QR code but beer directly at the counter. Unfortunately, they use your same glass when you get new beer, why is this? If I’m paying 1,600¥ for your local craft beer, at least give me a fresh glass.
The staff appeared nice at first. The food is priced reasonably, but not good. They put macaroni inside a Shepards Pie… WHY? If I put macaroni in sushi, is that ok with you? Please do not destroy other countries dishes by doing strange things.
Unfortunately, what ruined my experience and why I will never be back is the STRICT 2 hour seating limit that they DID NOT inform us about when we arrived. I was also unable to find it listed on the menu or anywhere. If there are no customers waiting and we are still ordering drinks and food, why kick us out? It makes no sense. We ordered a beer each, and the person spoke very good English. We said we were only getting one, and tried to pay. They said to wait and pay at the end. When we went back up to pay, the said they only charged by time spent there, 30 mins, 60 etc. We sipped on our beer, so about 40 minutes and were charged fot 60......about $14 US per beer. There were no indications of this up front, in fact they gave us an english menu that had no indication. Very deceitful practice, I never thought I would be ripped off like that in Japan....They are truly a dishonor to thier culture! Avoid...
