this place has been here for 50 years. a great example of good ramen. miso ramen is the best seller but all of them are fantastic. the abundance of bean sprouts add a refreshing and clean taste to the soup. the fried dumplings are also very well made and delicious. I highly recommend them.

Its your typical ramen place albeit they under the railway line. Place is clean enough though i wouldn’t put anything on the floor. Use the hangers for your bags. Service was fast and efficient. Ramen not the best but better than instant ramen anyday.

JR " 埡埒町駅 " 南口から埒歩で玄1分ほど 山手線の高架䞋にお営たれおいる 昭和43幎1968幎創業のラヌメン店です 埡埒町では結構名が知られおいる店ですが 高田銬堎のお店ぱラい䞊んでいる時がある 䞭高幎男性陣の殆どはえぞ菊の味噌ラヌメンで 昭和時代やバブルを経隓しお来たのではないか 昭和䞭期頃の味噌ラヌメンっお えぞ菊、熊がっこ、味の時蚈台、どさん子、札幌や の5店舗がぶいぶいいわしおいた様な気がしたすが 私の子ども時代は枅瀬の " らヌめん蝊倷 " の 味噌ラヌメンずドン山田のうどんで育ちたした😆 暫くぶりに行ったら100円倀䞊げしおたすねぇ このご時䞖なので臎し方ないのかもしれたせん ◆味噌900円、味付玉子100円、バタヌ100円 麺は䞭倪タむプのちぢれた括れ麺ずなっおたす 味噌ラヌメンの麺は瞮れ麺がスタンダヌドだ たたご麺も合うが最近あたり芋なくなりたしたね 具材はチャヌシュヌ2枚、味玉、挜き肉 もやし、玉葱、わかめ、メンマ、葱 etc... チャヌシュヌは汁に浞しお食べる系です 味玉は癜身の郚分がかなり硬く端で割れない😓 なので面倒なので歯で噛んでしたっおの撮圱笑 こちらも䞭々味が濃く染み蟌んでいるものです スヌプは昔ながらの濃厚な味噌味でありたす 昭和感の満茉な味噌ラヌメンはほっこりする 濃厚なのでやはりバタヌが1番合うんですよね ですが味噌が匷調し過ぎお濃厚なので ダングクラスの方には銎染めないかもしれない オゞさん連䞭の奜むどこか懐かしさが味わえる オヌルドタむプの味噌ラヌメンなのでね ご銳走さたでした(*ω)
