御徒町では結構名が知られている店ですが 高田馬場のお店はエラい並んでいる時がある

中高年男性陣の殆どはえぞ菊の味噌ラーメンで 昭和時代やバブルを経験して来たのではないか？

昭和中期頃の味噌ラーメンって えぞ菊、熊ぼっこ、味の時計台、どさん子、札幌や の5店舗がぶいぶいいわしていた様な気がしますが

私の子ども時代は清瀬の " らーめん蝦夷 " の 味噌ラーメンとドン山田のうどんで育ちました😆
