The soup is more on the watery side, but the noodles and toppings are all satisfactory. If your soup gets cold, TETSU has a unique system where (if asked) they will bring out a heated metal ball to put into your remaining soup, so it will warm right back up. Though, the soup is almost always served lukewarm or somewhat cold, so I don't quite understand that.

Either way, a slightly more than average tsukemen shop that gets the job done, but is not...

GREAT FOOD, Food came out nice and hot. Ordered the cold tsukemen with medium amount of noodles. (Middle button) it was amazing. The hostess was very kind. Opened the door for me when I left also explained to me the whole process and to wear a bib since I was about to eat a soupy noodle. Great experience. Definitely recommended this place...

I choose dripping noodles. The soup is good hot which is very good for Dripping noodles. And we ordered a bowl of rice which is nice. The Cha Siu is needed to improved which is just as usual. The egg is good too. There is a hot stone provided which is very impressive with us to keep...
