Food court in Shinagawa Prince Hotel. Has a variety of foods but mostly Japanese Cuisine. There is pasta/pizza, Udon, ramen, Japanese beef bento boxes, Katsu Curry, Okonomiyaki, Takoyaki, and a beverage station. We ate here at least twice while staying here since it was good and convenient. Ordering is only via kiosk with no English translations. They take credit card and cash, but we found it challenging to use without being able to read Japanese. There are cold water dispensers with paper cups and a sink to wash your hands. There are stations for you to bus your plates and dishes. You can separate your paper, plastics, trays, and trash. Please be sure to clean up after yourselves with the cleaning rags they provide to you at the self-service stations. Gotta love how they place value on taking care of what they use where they use it. A far cry from how most countries behave. If it was clean before you arrived, please keep ot that way...

About the Takoyaki place in the food court attached to Annex building, I ordered a green onion Takoyaki but children were getting too tired and wouldn't cooperate so we asked to give a take out box but the guy at the front said I cannot take it out. I thought it's a policy or something that we can't take out. The next thing I notice is that he's packing a take out for someone else! So I asked if I can get the box, he says I cannot take it out. Cause I have green onion on the top. WTH. Others seemed to be fine, just this specific "Premium Takoyaki" place seemed to be rude...
