Here's a summary: Affordable soba noodles that are tasty in Ginza. Casual dining.

Full review: The staff were friendly and considerate. The menu was not that diverse but I think that's ok because it's a soba noodle shop. Prices were affordable too which is not that common in a high end shopping mall in the heart of Ginza. The noodles tasted quite good and we left satisfied and full. I would recommend this place for a causal lunch and the user experience was great. I came here repeatedly and they never disappointed me. Other than that, it was a normal soba noodle shop that isn't bad. I hope they have more different types of noodles, like some other shops. Still think it's great though. Avoid if you’re not Japanese and want to experience discrimination.

Food subpar, service disaster. Annoyingly expensive considering what a disaster it was. We decided to come because we had read nice reviews about this place. It took more than 30 minutes to serve some Soba Noodles. Food was only served after we asked the staff what was the hold up, they giggled while telling us that they were “still preparing”, almost laughed at our face. Local couple seated next table was served in less than 5 minutes. Suspiciously quick in comparison, maybe they just don’t like to serve non locals. We got hot water, tea and sauce more than 10 minutes after noodles...

It was SO FRESH and just tasted really yummy, especially the mushrooms and prawns!!!! 🍤 soba was good. OMELETTE paired with the spring onions was amazing. Tofu with beans was so SILKY and SMOOTH I felt like I was eating YOGURT. That’s how amazing it was!! Also here that I discovered you can pour the soba sauce and make it into soup so that was super mind blowing to me 🤭😆😆 the waiter that served us was really patient and helpful and kind in general. Had a great experience...

先日、銀座シックス内にある「銀座 真田 SIX」で食事を楽しんできました。店内は黒を基調としたモダンで落ち着いた雰囲気で、ジャズが流れる空間がとても心地よかったです。大きなガラス窓からは銀座の街並みを一望でき、特に夜景が美しく、特別な時間を過ごせました。   お蕎麦は香りとコシが素晴らしく、特に「クルミだれせいろ」は濃厚なクルミだれが絶品でした。また、信州の新鮮な野菜を使った一品料理も豊富で、どれも素材の味が生かされていて美味しかったです。  スタッフの方々も親切で、サービスが行き届いており、終始リラックスして食事を楽しむことができました。銀座で上質なお蕎麦と信州の味を堪能したい方には、ぜひおすすめしたいお店です。

Great place for soba. You can see them making the noodles right in store. If you are feeling adventurous, definitely order the appetizer soba set because it comes with raw chicken tataki! It comes in a manageable size so it’s just a little sampling. The soba was springy and bouncy! Absolutely delicious! Dipping cold soba into hot broth is very comforting and brings a combination of textures and flavours that is very new to my palette. This place is quite the experience that I highly recommend a try! The shop was full but we did not have to wait long at all, approx 10 minutes during lunch time.
