A great place to experience shabu-shabu cuisine, with high quality ingredients.
We arrived without a reservation, but were kindly accommodated. The physical space is gorgeous in its simplicity, and the staff was very kind and attentive. We loved the quietness and privacy of the whole experience.
The shabu-shabu was delicious, we enjoyed very much the process as well as the explanations provided by the staff. We also had some tea at the end of the meal, which was also nicely prepared in front of us.

The beef was incredibly tender and flavorful, and the Kyoto-style broth and fresh veggies really brought everything together in a clean, balanced way. The atmosphere was peaceful and the staff were kind and professional. One of the nicest touches was ending the course with freshly made matcha, prepared right in the room which is a calm and thoughtful way to wrap up the meal. If you’re after quality shabu-shabu with a Kyoto vibe in Tokyo, this place is...
