Lantern burger＆steak — Restaurant in Tokyo

A small burger place, with tables that can only seat a party of two. There are four two tops, and a small counter with single seats. They also have takeout available.

The ordering system is done through a tablet, so it’s easy to customize your order. An order of any burger comes with a side (fries or salad) and a drink included.

I was surprised that instead of milkshakes, this place offers smoothies instead.

I tried the mushroom cheese burger. Even with selecting the “regular” size of lettuce, the lettuce pillow was very big. I did not care for the burger patty, as there were a lot chunks of fat that ruined the texture for me. I really liked the mushroom topping, and wish there had been more of it. The best part was their jalapeño relish they had on the table- it went amazing with the burger!

The fries were also very good, perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside. If I return it will be because of the fries and jalapeño relish.

Overall while it was a bit pricy, it was nice that the side and drink came with the burger. Patty wise there are much better burger places in Tokyo, but everything...

This burger place is small but the burgers are very good. The meat is well made and the cheese, oh the cheese is fantastic.

Their fries were good and I was surprised that they had onion rings that actually tasted like onion rings. Good and crunchy thick onions.

I'm from America so I like burgers that aren't a giant bun and veggies and a tiny sad burger in there somewhere which is Japanese number one problem with their burgers.

This place isn't one of those. Great taste the staff were kind too.

It's a very small space, the fry and onion ring portions are super small, and the drink selection was just okay but I promise you it's worth...

Fantastic little place that serves hamburgers at lunch. I tried the Foie gras burger which melted in the mouth and diffused delightfully into the other perfectly prepared fillings. Medium rare hamburger, slightly caramelised onions prepared on a teppanyaki grill. Toasted buns, mayonnaise, some salsa, lettuce and a tomato slice.
