The raw seafood, particularly maguro (tuna), is fresh as it can get. I ordered the mix don (rice bowl) with a variety of cuts as well as a tasty raw quail egg addition. They have many selections of tuna jaw, cheek, head, etc. if you want to try all, I suggest getting the 3,000 yen tuna bowl. They have 5,500 yen option but personally, I think it was overpriced because you are getting only a couple more pieces of fish but...
