Very very good Tsukemen. You got a lot of custom options and specials which change frequently. You order by scanning the QR code at the table you are seated at and pay at the register when leaving (cash, credit card and Suica works) the staff is super friendly and if you come at the right time there won’t be a wait. 神田駅西口を出てすぐの場所にある三田製麺所😍並盛(300g)〜大盛(580g)までお値段が変わらないので、お腹が空いている時におすすめです😋👍 平日の20時頃訪問。お昼ご飯を食べ損ねてお腹が空いていたので中盛りでオーダー😋✨

つけ汁はどろっとした濃厚な魚介豚骨系で、辛み増しをしたことでやや辛めのラー油が追加されています🔥辛すぎないので辛み増ししてもどなたでも美味しく食べられる範囲だと思いました🥹✨ ドロっとしたスープが麺にとてもよく絡み美味しかったです😍👍スープの中にはゴロゴロしたチャーシュー、海苔、魚粉、めんま、柚子が入っています❣️

麺は太めのストレートでもちもちした食感🥰💞コシもあって啜りやすいです。濃厚なつけ汁と絡んでもしっかりわかるほどの小麦の味わいが楽しめるので、美味しくて中盛りでもあっという間に食べ切ってしまいました🙏

今回は味玉とチャーシューを追加したので麺の上にトッピングされています👍味玉はかなりクオリティが高く、程よく味が染みていて、とろとろの黄身が美味しい😋チャーシューは柔らかく、麺を巻いて食べると肉の旨みと小麦の風味が合わさって最高でした😊❣️
