I absolutely love, LOVE the handmade pasta here! The texture is springy and just right. Mugi and tamago's literal translation is "wheat and eggs", and both ingredients are sourced from Hokkaido, a main selling point of this chain.
I make it a point to eat it at least once (usually multiple times) on every trip to Japan.
This Shinjuku branch isn't so convenient to get to as it's quite a walk from the train stations (further for JR, closer for metro) but it's still worth it!

It was only available in Japanese, so if you don’t read Japanese you may need to use your translation app to go through the process. Once you do that and pay for your order, you will receive your order ticket(s) for each item.
