The main dining hall ambience was great when we settled down at our table.
However after the waiter start serving us our Kaiseki course, there was no paper slip that explained to us the detailed ingredients of each course, unlike other Kaiseki restaurants that I have visited. It is hard to understand and appreciate what was on our plate. I asked for one, but did not get it still.
Later on, we also found two flies around our table area, which one was found dead on the ledge.
There was a bell button inside the box on our table. I pressed the bell for service but the waiter never come. This happened twice.
When the waiter came over to refill the green tea, we were surprised that he only refill my friend’s cup and not mine.
The food quality was average for the 4500 yen set we have paid.
