Second visit! Tried the fish set last time so decided to go with the chicken set this time.
🐟 ($1500) The meal portion was so big and went above and beyond my expectations. Really loved the vegetable sides and soup, overall a very balanced healthy meal. There are some bigger bones in the fish and it was a teeny bit too dry to my liking, but it’s supposed to be ichiyaboshi, which is slightly dried fish, so I was not mad. Great choice for fish lovers or those who are looking for bigger portions!
🐓 ($1350) Love love LOVED the chicken set! Balanced and healthy with veggies and soup and rice. Chicken breast was used for the fried chicken, but it was tender and so juicy and went really well with the lemon slice and Thai sauce. Loved this more than the fish although the fish was also delish.
I recommend coming right when they open to avoid long waiting times and crowded dining space! Also I think because it gets very crowded during rush hours the area gets a bit unclean (food scraps and sauce on tables, sticky residue, etc.).
