Omakase dinner experience in Ginza on 10th floor with private rooms. Premium omakase experience was delicious having various courses including sashimi and nigiri sushi. The baked clam dish and squid somi with quail egg dipping sauce was delicious. They were able to fit us in at 7:30p and warned us that last call is 9pm and they close at 10pm. We were able to complete our experience as they were very good with moving us along without pressure and we finished by 9:45pm. Definitely unique. Really good food. We had a large selection of fresh and premium food. Loved all the different varieties. We had a couple of variations of Otoro. We had fresh eel, sea urchins, tuna, salmon, and large tiger shrimp. It was delicious. The miso soup was good, and so was the Japanese egg. We finished off with red beans and ice cream on a rixe cookie. All of this source from Japan, which is phenomenal for foreigners who may be visiting.
