Service was bad, especially for a hotel restaurant. It was also our last dinner in Tokyo, so quite sad to end on a low note since we’ve had great service in every restaurant we went to throughout our 5-day trip. We were not sure whether the wanted to suggest something or simply wanted us to hurry up. We arrived at 2pm and this staff mentioned 3 times that they will be closing at 3pm. When it was 3pm then he said "it's time". We truely did not enjoy the whole process since we were constantly being pressured. If closing at 3pm sharp is so critical then do not take in any customer in 1 hour before you close. We expected better experience by paying 3600 yen per pax in a hotel restaurant and this is just...
