Shinjuku Nadaman — Restaurant in Tokyo

Had lunch at Shinjuku Nadaman Japanese Restaurant (Hyatt Regency Tokyo) and it was an unforgettable experience.

The setting was elegant and serene, and the presentation of each dish was truly exquisite. The multi-course meal was beautifully curated – from fresh sea urchin and seasonal vegetables, to a delicate green soup, crisp salad, perfectly grilled salmon, tender Wagyu beef with dipping salts and sauces, and finally rice, miso soup, and a silky matcha dessert. Every dish was refined, flavorful, and presented with care.

Service was warm and attentive. A special mention to Sayaka Kamiyama, who was excellent in her explanations and made the dining experience even more memorable with her thoughtful service.

Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy authentic fine Japanese...

Just had the most amazing meal here at Shinjuku Nadaman. Fair to say there was way too much food for me, but every morsel was delicious. Staff were very attentive and as you’d expect helpful and polite. Highly recommend if you’re in the area or staying...
