Spaghetti no Pancho — Restaurant in Tokyo

I became interested in this restaurant because it came across my instagram reels once and the influencer said this was one of the best spaghetti she had in Japan (she even compared it to the one she had in Italy)… That’s a big statement right??? so ofc I have to try it.

I went and got their small bacon and egg napolitan and the meat sauce with cheese topping. (the small one was about 300gr)

The service was fast! and gurl when I took that first bite. It was so good… the combination of all the bacon, egg, and sausage just melted in my mouth. 10/10 would go again.

the meat sauce was okay, i recommend trying it with the omelette topping tho maybe (or get cheese and omelette lol)

The food is absolutely delicious! The portion is huge, especially, considering it’s the smallest option available. Can’t even imagine what a big one looks like. Inside is clean and the nice music is accompanying your dish. Prices are reasonable. There are a few drawbacks I have to mention though. First, there is no other drink option than water. It’d be nice to be able to choose something else, like juice or cola. Second, for people who don’t speak Japanese, the order taking machine is in Japanese. The only English is on the first screen where it asks you whether you want to dine in or take out and then it’s all in Japanese. Wasn’t that hard to guess though! It didn't take too long to get my meal ticket and the corresponding dish, but it's necessary to wear their disposable bib. Why? The pasta is one messy treat that sauce will go flying once you start consuming. Spoon? You'll need it as you chow for lunch.
