Located at the mall right across Shinagawa station’s Takanawa exit gate. When you exit from the mall entrance area to the dining area, veer left. Has an al fresco and veranda area. We were seated inside. Space is kinda small especially if you have pasta and pizza together. Food is pretty good. Still authentic but not pricey. Limited menu choices though. Only three kinds of pasta and 3 kinds of pizza. Overall very pleasant. Our server was an older gentleman with dyed blond hair who showed us the menus when we were deciding whether or not to eat at the restaurant - he did not pressure us to eat there which we appreciated.
