Tanto Domani Shinjuku I-Land — Restaurant in Tokyo

Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. Scheduled 2 days in advance for 9 people on Monday at 19:30. Besides us there were 3 occupied tables with about 50% vacancy in the restaurant. Can't say it was a busy and crowded night. With that being said, only 7 out of 9 portions were actually served to the table and it there was a 10 minute interval between each of the plates. Regarding the food itself - the pork was raw when it was served. It was returned right away and we ordered a risotto instead. After additional 20 minutes the waitress surprisingly notified us that there is apparently no risotto left. At this point we gave up, asked for the bill and left. The rest of the pasta felt mediocre at best and reheated at worse. Can't recommend this place at all. Hope they learn from this review and improve...

We booked a table in advance for our last dinner in tokyo. It was terrible! Our order was processed within an hour!!! While some of us finished eating, some of us did not receive our food! 有名予約サイトでコース予約しました。 家族のお祝い事でケーキもお願いし、準備していただいていたのですが、、、

まず席に着くと、1番初めにメニューの確認が。 『5000円のメニューでご予約いただいていますがよろしいでしょうか？』と、お若そうな男性スタッフの方に全員の前で確認されました。 アテンドした身としては、値段を全員の前で伝える必要があるか？と感じました。 間違いがないようにというのはわかりますが、こちらとしてはサプライズの席だったので…相手が家族なのでまだよかったのですが、 デートなど、相手に値段を知られるのは気がひけるという人は多いと思います。 予約者にこっそり確認、で良いのではないでしょうか？

あと、大きな店ではないですがスタッフが少ないですね、少し新規の方が入ると忙しそうで、大きな声で呼ばないと気づいていただけない。

料理は全般美味しかったですが、最後の料理のペンネが硬すぎたかと思いました。 全員が口をそろえて、これ固くない？と言った感想をこぼしてました笑

しかし、サプライズのケーキはありがたい演出していただき、主役たちは本当に喜んでもらえたので、この評価です。

あと細かいですが、予約サイトで200ポイント利用したのですが、、領収書では引かれてない金額でした。 会計を別の者に託してしまった私も悪いので今回は良いですが、確認は大事ですね。
