Pros: -beautiful space and plants are a nice change from the concrete that is japan -nice menu with American, Thai, Filipino, Asian dishes -warm friendly service at counter -Pandan Latte was ok -mango sticky rice arancini were crunchy on the exterior but lacked any standout flavor punch.
Cons: -service at table is very slow to non-existent. -I heard the food bell ring and after waiting 5 minutes I walked to the kitchen windows and picked up my food myself instead of waiting for food to get cold. -empty tables with dirty plates and glasses sat for long periods of time waiting to be cleaned -guests with dirty plates and empty glasses also waiting ling periods for clearing -management were all in a meeting and oblivious to what was happening or not happening outside their bubble -ginger ale is double what it costs at other establishments in city as I order ginger ale every place I go.. -chicken Adobo was sub par..chicken mot crispy, sauce not adobo, papaya slaw was lackluster
Really was hoping for so much more here but just fell way short of expectations but will try again and see if the next visit...

The coffee and breakfast here were awesome—especially their breakfast plate, which makes for a perfect start to the morning! They also serve unique teas, so tea lovers won't be disappointed either.
The cozy interior has plenty of seating, making it a great place to relax or catch up with friends. It’s quite popular among foreigners, and with English-speaking staff, communication is easy and stress-free.
Bonus tip: It’s located near the scenic Shibuya River street—ideal for a peaceful stroll...
Read moreAn excellent cafe, space, and lounge area. Good music, fantastic cocktails and fusion food selection that is heavily South East Asian-influenced. I've worked my way through 60% of the menu and I can say it doesn't disappoint someone who has been living in Japan for 8 years and severely misses SE asian flavors.
Day time - perfect for brunch, lunch, co-working, studying with TENCUP's aesthetic vibes and spacious seating. There's wifi and a handful of power outlets.
Night time - mood lighting, occasional live performances, excellent DJ selection so far.
Reminds me of an unassuming The Jade Room vibes, with by far superior food. Staff is friendly...
