Great service, atmosphere, food and drinks! We loved our time here. Was a great night out with the kids. Unlimited lemon sours and soft drinks was a highlight. Sours was on tap and they give you syrup to mix in. Yakiniku was delicious - we can recommend the pork belly, wagyu and chicken.

Our server Fuka was great! So helpful and her English was on point.

Would absolutely come back! One of our favourite places in Tokyo.

以前一度お店に訪れましたがこんなことは初めてで、酷さに言葉を失います。日本でこれほどひどいサービスを受けたことも初めてです。飲み放題を注文したのですが、終了時刻の15分前にお会計を渡されその場ですぐ払うように強制されました。マネージャーの中村さんという方とお話しをすると「そういうポリシーだから」の一点張りでしたが、他の店舗に確認すると決してそんなことはないそうで。言語道断です。サービスもですが、何より嘘をつかれたことに憤りを感じます。

The manager 中村 insisted that we pay the bill 15-20 minutes before our 飲み放題 ended, even though we went to the exact same place at the same time last week and were not asked to do so. It seemed like they were trying to get rid of us, even though we were well behaved and polite. I have lived in Japan for a long time and never ever been required to pay the bill far before the meal or even the time limit on the nomihodai (all you can drink) expired for any restaurant. This seemed like prejudice and discrimination against foreigners. And I called other stores in the chain, because 中村　(なかむら) said this was store policy, even though it was not asked of us one week before. Other stores said that this is Not store policy. They bring you the bill, to get it ready, but they do not insist on you paying it. This was an awful experience that ruined our evening and interrupted our night. インスタで牛タンの食べ放題があるという投稿を見て来店したのですが、それはもう一つの店舗だけでこちらでは行っていないので注意！！ 16時すぎに来店したのでお客さんは私達しかいませんでしたが、店員さんの声が小さく何を言ってるのかよく分かりませんでした。 食べ放題の説明がなく、インスタで食べ放題があるって見たんですけどと伝えるとじゃータブレット切り替えますとだけ言われました。 もちろん牛タンがあるのかと思ったらなく、それを伝えると別の店員が、それはもう一つの店舗ですねと言われ、そこではじめて牛タン食べ放題がないと知りました。 それ目当てで来たのでないのならもう一つの店舗に移っても良いですか？と尋ねると、もう料理作りはじめてるので無理です、単品で追加したらどうですか？と言われました。お肉を焼いているわけでもなく、ドリンクもまだ作ってもいなかったので、間に合うんじゃないかな？と思いましたし、最初に説明もせず切り替えてお通しを持ってきたのはそっちなのにちょっと強引だなと思ってしまいました。こちらの食べ放題には牛タンはおろか、牛のメニューは一つも入っておらず、味も最低でした。 しかもお席の時間ですと言われ、会計はテーブルで済ませてあったので最後お手洗いに行ってから出よう思い、済ませて出ると友人がテーブルから追い出され横に立っていました。 テーブルは店員さんが2人がかりで片付けていました。 まだ席には私の荷物も置いてあったのに、席の時間だからといって友人を席から立たせてまで、一組しかいないのにこんなに慌てて片付ける必要あるのかな？と思ってしまいました。 私が席から荷物を取るときも、ありがとうございましたの一言もありませんでした。本当に全てが不快なお店でした。 私も飲食で働いているので、なおさらあり得ないなと思いました。 もう...
