A very happy and joyful experience. Celebrated my partner’s birthday over at Towers. I must say that the service there was truly excellent. Service crew was on the ball and constantly making sure that we were having a good time. One of the service staff even escorted me to the toilet when I asked where the toilet was (which was outside of the restaurant, toilet belongs to Ritz Carlton).
Food was on point. Serving bistronomy/fusion, western meets Japanese kinda food. Food ingredients were fresh and nice. Ambience was mind blowing. Overlooking the entire Tokyo (Asakasa and Roppongi). The view was just phenomenal. Restaurant was kept at the most pristine condition. It was sparkling clean I must say.
Definitely and 100% worth the money spent. It was a very memorable night for me and my partner. Highly recommend.

I had a confirmed reservation via Amex and arrived as one of the first tables. Orders were taken and water was served, but we waited over 45 minutes with no food, while other tables—all local Japanese guests—who arrived later were fully served.
Not once did any staff check on us or follow up. As the only non-Japanese guests in the room, we couldn't help but wonder whether this was an oversight or something more troubling.
Either way, this level of neglect is unacceptable for any restaurant—especially one under the Ritz-Carlton brand. It falls far short of the service expected from a 5-star establishment.
Would not recommend based on...
