Staff were so rude when we got stuck in a storm and had no refuge to go anywhere. We were quiet and respectful, ordered 2 drinks (1 per person) and due to the language barrier were kicked out due to ordering it in to go cups (even though half of the people in there had to go cups) while all of the staff stared at us. We felt so outcasted and it make us so embarrassed and not wanting to visit Japan ever again. So we drank our drink outside in the pouring rain until we were soaked through...

Excellent place to relax. The staff are friendly and professional. The place is clean. There are plenty of desks with charging stations for people to work at comfortably. Everyone there is quiet and respectful. High ceiling with tall windows all around providing good natural sunlight. The coffee itself is not amazing, but the place is really good, especially to work. You have many plugs to charge your phone or connect your laptop, there’s free Wi-Fi and a huge window that brings good light and lets you check the street.
