It’s really hard to get me give out 1 star review, but this lady manager at the cashier made it all happened.
The food was great, services from the waitress were good, but later before finishing up my meal and sake, I was given 10 minutes notice by the manager to leave.
I was in the store dining solo and the table that was next to me who has been sitting in the store longer than me, but they were older Japanese, so I was semi forced to shuffle the rest of food and the two sakes that I have ordered.
This was pretty unfortunate to see how they will sacrifice foreigners and make sure the older Japanese are being served properly.
Food (10/10) - good flavor and perfectly cooked Unagi and rice
Service (6/10) - the waitress was good, but the manager later on ruined it all before I finish up. My self was about to finish up my meal, but I can’t believe they asked me instead of the table of elder Japanese who had been sitting longer than me.
Price (10/10) - the price is really reasonable for the amount of food

As the name suggests, it’s run by the fourth generation of the Kikukawa family, preserving time-honored techniques while offering an authentic Edo-style unagi experience.
I ordered the Edo-style eel combo, which came with a comforting eel liver soup. The eel was served at the perfect temperature — tender and flavorful on the inside, with a lightly crisped surface that showed true craftsmanship. The balance of texture and seasoning was excellent, and you could really taste the years of tradition behind each bite. It was a deeply satisfying and refined meal.
