Vietnam Garden — Restaurant in Tokyo

This is my first bad review. If it is as ¥100, I still wouldn’t eat what I ate lol. The place looked nice but the food was bad. I got the pho B set. The fried spring roll smelled almost like gasoline, the taste wasn’t great so it was hard to eat. The pho soup was just plain chicken broth with chicken and rice noodles. The soup and noodles were okay but the chicken had a bad taste to it. I didn’t want to finish it but I swallowed it down with tea. Made me feel like throwing up almost.

To see if it’s because of me and not the food, I went to another Vietnamese restaurant and ordered the same thing. (the portion at Vietnam Garden was so small I was still hungry). The second restaurant tasted so...

We go there sometimes because the food is served quickly, but it's always cold. The staff here seems to be unmotivated. There are not many Vietnamese restaurants in Tokyo, so I would like them to make more effort as influencers of...

Disapointed (Vietnamese below)

I found the problem when i came here the 2nd time. Food, to be honest, is not so significant but i like the space and the service here( i used to), until the Japanese manager (i think he is) seem like uncomfortable with us. Maybe we talked Vietnamese, laughed out, but ma'am, everyone did so. And i went to Vietnamese restaurant to freely talk without the strange look. At last we were paying by card but it was over the limit, so we paid in cash, then HE took the old receipt (of unsuccessful payment) to and TEARING IT OUT in front of our face stunning a second A Japanese server don't do such a thing, did we messed him something? I think i will come to another next time.

Đồ ăn nói đúng không xuất sắc, tuy nhiên tôi ấn tượng ở không gian rộng rãi và phục vụ dễ chịu của quán, tuy nhiên khi đến quán lần 2 tôi mới thấy có chút vấn đề. Quản lý sảnh (có lẽ vậy) người Nhật có vẻ không thoải mái, chắc tại chúng tôi nói cười bằng tiếng Việt chăng? Trời ạ, ai cũng nói cười trong quán, vả lại đến quán Việt để làm gì? Để nói tiếng Việt mà không bị nhìn như người vũ trụ chứ sao. Chúng tôi trả bằng thẻ tín dụng nhưng thẻ hết, phải trả bằng tiền mặt, ông quản lý cầm biên cũ tới và XÉ NGAY TRƯỚC MẮT CHÚNG TÔI. Phục vụ người Nhật sẽ không làm như vậy, hoặc chúng tôi làm ông ấy giận chuyện gì? Có lẽ lần sau tôi sẽ...
