Cafe & Rotisserie LA COCORICO — Restaurant in Yokohama

I visited on 12 January for dinner and ordered the Satsuma Herb Yuzen Chicken, 4 kinds of Mushrooms and Cream Sauce Spaghetti dish. Although the photo looked decent, the meal was unfortunately the worst I've had in Japan to date. The spaghetti was undercooked, and the chicken and mushroom portions were small – barely sufficient for a child's serving. I only managed to finish half the spaghetti as it was inedible.

The customer service recovery after I provided feedback while paying was disappointing, amounting to a mere courtesy reply. It seemed evident that the staff lacked proper training.

visited your restaurant about two months ago. The food was excellent, and the overall experience felt very pleasant. However, I was a bit surprised that my chicken hamburger took longer to prepare than three portions of quarter chicken.

That said, the quality of the food, the friendliness of the staff, and the inviting atmosphere left me very satisfied with my visit. I would gladly recommend your restaurant to others and encourage them to try your delicious dishes. I also look forward to hopefully returning at some point...

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Worst food so far in Japan. Eating a rice balls is more satisfying. Took over 10m to get service. Plates came staggered, so our party didn't get to eat together as food would get cold. Not only that, they charge COPERTO cover charge per person of approx 500 yen, which they don't tell you until bill comes. What else? They changed us down the mall to tell us that we didn't pay for wine, which we NEVER ordered and was not on bill! AGAIN, DO NOT EAT HERE! IT WILL RUIN...
