We are tourists and are visiting our friends from Kenya. We went to the KICC to watch the sunset and stopped by the Safari Cafe for a quick snack. We were seated right away. However, the waitress, Faith C, was rude and managed to mess up every single food item we ordered. She even rolled her eyes at our friend when he ordered his food. Our friends daughter ordered a tropical milkshake and instead received a chocolate milkshake. The waitress took the milkshake back and a few minutes later brought out another milkshake that looked exactly like the one she had just taken away. When we asked her about it she claimed that the restaurants tropical milkshake consist of vanilla and chocolate, not fruit. Our kids asked for chocolate muffins and instead received plain muffins which she again claimed had chocolate in them. A drink, a pre-maid muffin, and some sliced pineapple took almost an hour to receive. We will never return to this restaurant and will suggest our friends traveling to Kenya...
