I had the best dinner here with my husband, our server was amazing!!! She must have said happy birthday to me at least 6 times, and asked us how everything was, to ensure we truly were having the greatest experience. I loved everything. The bread was warm and fresh, tasted so good with the butter. Our drinks were SUPER DUPER good lol, the longhorn old fashioned packed a major punch. I made sure to squeeze the orange in, and let it soak up all the lovely whiskey so by the end I could eat it and taste the drink in the fruit 😅😅. Stuffed mushrooms were out of this world, so cheesy, and full of flavor. I couldn't stop eating them !!! Dinner salads were humongous, and plenty of dressing just the way I like them 😊😊😊😊. And of course last but not least in the slightest, the steaks. Wow, so delicious. I made sure to let my medium ribeye rest, and the flavors though not super seasoned couldn't have been more yummy. The ribeye was juicy, and perfectly cooked. My husband's monstrous porterhouse was so big, and seared lovely. Potatoes both sweet and mashed, very delicious. And at the end they kindly made me a beautiful birthday dessert, even made it look super pretty. It was honestly one of the best birthday dinners I've ever had, definitely would recommend this longhorn.

Usually I have a great experience at Longhorn Steakhouse, but this one particular spot was disgusting. Let’s start by the location which is located in 1820 N Westshore blvd, Tampa, FL 33607. It’s conveniently located across International Plaza. With lots of parking space. Before entering the establishment we noticed the glass doors exterior and interior doors were filthy with greasy hand prints very obvious to see. We notified the hostess who greeted us. We saw that the staff informed the manger on-site, but he did not do anything to resolve our concerns. COVID need I say more? When we were seated our waiter greeted us, we pointed out the dirty table, filthy seats, and trash under our table. He acknowledged, but did nothing! I needed to use the restroom, so when walked in it was dirty! I walked back out, never used it. We place an order, the food was cold and extremely salty. Overall experience was disheartening considering the we felt ignored, and we felt that the establishment does not care for customers concerns, and health safety. Now a days people can get sick and Die!

I'm not a fan of country music or the bar back smell that hits you as soon as you enter, but I'm completely a fan of everything else. We came in on a Sunday night and was slightly worried when we didn't find it packed with patrons, but it was nice enough that we were sat farthest away from the bar. They start off with a mini loaf of bread with some butter- but you must use your own steak knife to spread your butter. Weird. We both ordered the 20oz. bone in ribeyes, two side salads, one mashed potatoe for him, and one sweet for me. I asked for steak sauce, but there was no need for it after all, as both were cooked and seasoned perfectly. ( I like mine, medium rare, while my partner likes his medium) and also a side of the brussel sprouts. We felt these overcooked as well as a bit too sweet. Minor issues that were canceled out by the delicious steaks. Our server, Miguel (from the West Coast), was so sweet and accommodating to all of our needs. Couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable dinner, honestly!

Average fare, but good service. First off - a shout out to Logan who did an excellent job on the service front. I ordered the The Outlaw ribeye which was ok. It was chewy and I had to discard a good portion of the steak. My wife ordered the regular ribeye which was over cooked. She ordered it medium but the steak was well done!. The server (Logan) was very courteous and apologized. We were promptly offered a replacement which was cooked appropriately. However, we felt the steaks were not seasoned well. I wonder if it is always the case or a chef’s personal choice. This did have an impact on the taste.. Of the sides we had, the Brussels sprouts and asparagus were good and so was the rice. So, kudos on the sides. I was impressed by the portion size of the margarita. It came with a generous refill. Compared to similar price range and experience, I would rate the Outback over Texas Longhorn. The steaks at the Outback had better flavor and seasoning.

Waited about 20 minutes for our table which was understandable for a Saturday evening. We were seated and we all knew what we wanted so as soon as the waitress brought our drinks we ordered. We watched all the tables around us get their food even those that ordered after us. After about 45 minutes the waitress comes to us and tells us that they misplaced our ticket that our food was just about to be prepared. She also advised us that the manager would come by to address this. Another 20 minutes go by and our food finally comes out. Although we waited so long for our food everything did come out good and how it was supposed to. Management still hadn't came by our table to check on us. We ate and we advised our waitress that the manager never came to the table she apologized and then said that a percentage would be taken off all our meals. Not the point we appreciate the gesture but the manager never showed his/her face.

Got there at 5 in the afternoon. Was probably the third maybe 4th table sat down in the restaurant. Waitress took our drink order and came back approximately 10 minutes later. Got our appetizer order and came back 10 minutes later with that. Ordered our main course at 5:20. Didn't see her or our food till 10 after 6. 50 minutes later for a couple of medium-rare steaks just seemed way too long. She didn't come back to check dinner and drinks or see if we wanted anything in the meantime. The food was prepared correctly and tasted great but the service was lacking. When I left there was a mile long line waiting to get in. I understand around that time it gets busy but to take 50 minutes to make a couple of medium-rare steaks and sides seemed long to me let alone my waitress not coming back and checking on us on occasion. Or at least saying hey it got busy in the kitchen sorry for the wait.
