I have been living in Miri for the past 14 years and have always struggled to find an authentic taste of Kuching Laksa until now. Finally, I discovered this hidden gem of a kopitiam that offers a truly unique and delicious Kuching Laksa experience. The laksa stall, straight from Kuching, captures the essence of home in every bowl.
Not only is the food exceptional, but the shop owner is incredibly friendly, adding to the overall dining experience. The pricing of the beverages is also very reasonable, making it a great spot for a satisfying meal that won't break the bank.
And let's not forget about the Kuching style pork leg rice – it is absolutely to die for! For that extra kick, don't hesitate to ask for additional sambal to elevate the flavors even more. I highly recommend this place for anyone craving a taste of Kuching right here in Miri.

Note: This dish is definitely for those who truly appreciate belacan, so if you're a fan of this fermented shrimp paste,...

We patiently waited through what felt like an eternity – nearly 30 minutes – as the boiler slowly dripped the last bit of hot water. When the moment of truth arrived, we cracked the eggs open, only to discover... fully cooked...
